Ordering Procedure

Al products on shop.hal-europe.com can be placed in your shopping cart. The contents of your shopping cart will be stored, so you can take your time in assembling your order. As soon as you add a product to your shopping cart you can either choose to resume shopping or go directly to the checkout.

If you whish to proceed to the checkout you’ll be asked for your user name (e-mail address) and password. If you do not already have an account at our shop you’ll be able to create to create one. In this process of creating an account you’ll be asked to fill in name and address. This information is required for us to be able to send you the items you ordered or wish to order in the future.

Click next when you’ve filled in the information required to register as a new customer. You than get a summary of your order and your shipping/billing address information. Check this information thoroughly. After this you can either choose to pay via money transfer or cheque.

Make sure you read our general terms and conditions before you agree and confirm your order. When you have clicked Confirm Order you get a confirmation that your order has been placed successfully. You’ll also receive an e-mail confirming the ordered articles and price.
